Where are our offices located?

In other cities, vehicles are delivered to an address, directly to your home or to the airport. This extra saves you the trip to offices by taxi or public transport to receive the vehicle you want to rent. You can book through our website or by phone.
What are the working hours?
We work from 08:00 to 17:00 on weekdays. Renting cars on weekends and holidays is possible by prior arrangement, as well as by calling +359 898 63 62 46 or booking through our website (we will contact you by phone to confirm the reservation)
Can I return the car to a different address than the pickup location?

We offer delivery or pickup between 08:00 - 18:00 from a different address, which is calculated and paid additionally.

When is the delivery/pickup fee from an address charged?
A delivery/pickup fee is charged when receiving/returning the car at an address different from Plovdiv and Stara Zagora.
Can I travel abroad with a rental car? Which countries can I visit?
It is possible to visit neighboring countries with the rented car upon prior inquiry and approval for countries neighboring Bulgaria (Greece, Macedonia, Serbia, Romania and the European part of Turkey + Istanbul), for other EU countries it requires inquiry and preparation of an individual offer. The countries through which the car will pass are described in the contract. An administrative fee (power of attorney issuance) of 260 BGN is charged for the first country. For each subsequent country, 130 BGN is charged. The deposit is doubled. After approval, you need to send passport/ID card and driver's license data at least 3 working days before the start of the rental.
Is there a minimum age for renting a car?
The minimum age for renting a car is 21 years and at least 3 years of driving experience.
Is there a mileage limit for the rented car?
There are no mileage restrictions for the rented car.
Is fuel (and AdBlue for diesel vehicles) paid or included in the price?
The car is provided with a full tank and must be returned full. If returned with missing fuel, the customer pays for the missing fuel. For diesel vehicles, in addition to fuel, the AdBlue tank (fluid for cleaning exhaust gases) is also full and must be returned full. Our cars are only filled with original Volkswagen AdBlue fluid. When returning the car, the missing amount is paid at 7.0 BGN/liter as the consumption is 1 liter per 500 km. Filling AdBlue fluid from gas station pumps is not allowed.
Do I need to make a prepayment to reserve the car online?

When making a reservation through our website, you can choose one of 2 options: partial or full prepayment. Only with a prepayment do we guarantee the reservation of the desired car. If you don't make a prepayment, you don't guarantee the car you want.

Methods for leaving a deposit.
When renting a car, you need to leave a deposit either with a credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) issued in the driver's name, where the deposit amount is not withdrawn from your account, only blocked! After the end of the rental, the deposit is unblocked if there is no damage to the car. The deposit varies between 100-500 € depending on the car class.
Is the vignette - road toll included in the price?
The price includes a vignette - road toll for the territory of Bulgaria. When traveling abroad, all road tolls are paid by the renter.
Can I drive with a foreign driver's license and is a legalized translation required?

You can drive with a license issued in another country. You must have regular and valid personal documents: passport/ID card and driver's license. If you have a driver's license not issued by a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, you must provide an international driver's license or a legalized translation of the original driver's license.

How can I make an online reservation for a rental starting in less than 24 hours?

What insurance is included in the price?
The car price includes "Civil Liability Insurance" and "Full Comprehensive Insurance".
What should I do if I want to declare travel abroad?
During the reservation process, you can declare that you want to visit another country, and it is mandatory to specify which country. The following documents are required: passport/ID card and driver's license data, no later than 1 working day before the start of the rental. You can send the documents by email. These documents are necessary to prepare a power of attorney or green card for traveling abroad. An additional administrative fee is charged depending on the travel destination. A double deposit is required.
What are the payment methods for online reservations?
Payment methods are: Credit card or debit card through the virtual terminal on the website or by bank transfer.
What happens after I make a reservation through the website?
You will automatically receive an email at the email address you provided, after which you will receive a call within 24 hours from our employee to clarify the details. If you want to rent the car on the same day or within less than 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
Can I request an invoice for a payment made?
Yes, you can request an invoice in advance by writing to our email address or calling +359 898 63 62 46. Also, when renting a car and paying the amount at our office, an invoice can be issued on the spot. Invoices are issued to individuals and legal entities within a maximum of 5 days after the payment is made.
Can I make changes before the reservation?
If you need to change dates and times, please contact us immediately at +359 898 63 62 46. Changes to the reservation less than 72 hours before the start of the rental may incur additional fees depending on the changes.
When requesting delivery to an airport or exact address, how will I receive the car and how can I pay?
When receiving the car from the airport or at an address, it is necessary to pay a deposit (its value is determined by the delivery location) for the reservation, and when the car arrives, pay the remaining amount by card or in cash. We have mobile POS terminals and cash registers. The car will be waiting for you in front of the airport and at the entrance of the exact address.
What should I bring when renting a car?
The required documents are: a valid driver's license, passport or ID card, and a physical debit/credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in the driver's name if payments will be made by card. The card must be valid for the duration of the rental.
What is the procedure for renting a car?

You will fill out a rental agreement, and you will receive a copy of it. It is necessary to pay the full amount for the rental and any additional extras. The car will be inspected for damages. If there are scratches or other damages, they will be noted in the Handover Protocol when renting the car.

What is a refundable deposit?

The deposit is a certain amount of money that is held when renting the car. The money remains blocked on your card until the end of the rental period or you leave it in cash, serving as a guarantee to cover repair costs in case of damage or accident with the car. If everything with the car is fine and it is returned in the condition it was rented, the deposit amount is unblocked in full or refunded in cash. Does not apply if the car is returned with missing fuel/electricity, late return, dirty car, and interior damages not covered by the insurance. In case of an accident or damage that was not your fault, and with a Protocol from competent authorities and Police proving what happened, your deposit will be refunded in full if you have complied with our general contract terms and the general terms of the insurer. In case of damage to the car in an accident or other incident for which you are at fault or if you don't have a Protocol or document proving your innocence, you must pay for the rental days while the car is in service for repairs. If the car is not drivable or has serious damage and cannot be rented, the period from reporting the damage until the car is accepted at the authorized Volkswagen service is also counted as lost revenue for the company.

What happens if I have an accident during the rental?
In case of an accident, you must call the contact number +359 898 63 62 46 specified in the rental agreement, as well as call 112 to inform the competent authorities (Police).
Is smoking allowed in the car?

No, smoking is absolutely prohibited in the car. If smoking is detected, a penalty fee will be applied.

What is the procedure for a flat tire?

You must notify us at +359 898 63 62 46. Repair or replacement of the tire is performed and is at the expense of the renter. If tire replacement is necessary, it must be the same model as the other tires. Damage to tires and rims is not covered by the insurer. Everything is at the expense of the renter.

Do I need to return the car cleaned?
The car must be returned with a clean interior and washed externally at a car wash, in the condition you received it. Manual washes at self-service car washes are not considered as cleaned. A fee will be applied for dirty interior, sand in the cabin and trunk, stains on the upholstery.
Can I extend the rental period during the rental?

You must inform us in advance that you want to extend the rental. Payment for the extension is made in full within 24 hours of making the extension, but no later than the expiration time of the original contract. If it is not possible to extend the rental of the specific car due to it entering a new rental, we will offer you an alternative.

What happens if I need to return the car earlier than agreed?

30% of the value of the unused rental days will be refunded within 10 days after returning the car.

What happens if I lose the documents or keys to the car?
You must immediately report this. Fees for lost documents and lost keys are calculated according to the class and model of the car. You pay for the days until the documents and car keys are restored, as well as all costs for making duplicates.
Can I return the documents and keys to the car in the absence of your employee?

This is impossible. Company policy requires that when returning the car, it must be inspected for damages and missing items.

Processing of an electronic ticket for traffic violation?

If a traffic violation is detected during the rental, and we receive an electronic ticket, you will receive an email from us with a detailed explanation of the steps taken to pay the violation ticket. An administrative fee of 70 BGN is applied for processing the documents.
